a stay with some issues

the grounds had well kept lawn areas. the reception staff was polite and friendly. the caravan was clean and spacious upon arrival. there was also a starter pack including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits.
there were no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries. i found no coat hooks in the hall. the lounge area did not have carpet, as i expected.

Wonderful Caravan Experience!
clean caravan maintained site friendly staff
Our caravan was very clean. I was impressed. The site looked well-kept, which I found appealing. The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Even the security engaged with the children. I thought that was nice.
The food options at the venue were more limited this year. I missed the variety from our last visit.

The swimming pool was a real bonus. There was lots for kids to do and adequate space for them to run around. I appreciated the all-inclusive facilities available here.

The staff were lovely and eager to help. Everyone was friendly and approachable, always happy to answer any questions I had. I think this.

The clubhouse food was fantastic, offering good variety. I thought the on-site shop was lovely, very clean and well-stocked. The lady running it, and she was chatty.

sewer smell broken dryer
the caravan had everything needed and felt spacious. it was acceptable for what i paid.
I was very disappointed. the caravan smelled strongly of sewers. i reported this, but maintenance said there were no issues, i found that very upsetting. there were also used sanitary towels in the bathroom bins. That was totally unacceptable. laundry was another issue, i spent money on the dryer twice, only to learn it was reported broken the day before. There weren't any signs!

great family stay
well kept ground regular maintenance convenient parking
i appreciated the well kept grounds. the gardens and grass received regular maintenance. i found a designated parking spot, very convenient. the on site shop saved me trips to town.
the clubhouse entertainment ended quite early each night. i wish there were more late night options.

the location provides easy access to local attractions. the number 10 bus stops right outside the main entrance, this allows simple journeys. i noticed this provided convenient public transport options for exploring the area.

The park has a laundrette, that is very useful for longer stays. the clubhouse features nightly entertainment and a stocked bar. i saw a good selection of gins for gin lovers. Though the prices were expensive!

Fantastic Stay
spacious caravan necessary amenities comfortable environment superb location
The 2 bedroom caravan upgrade was a pleasant surprise. It provided plenty of space and contained all necessary amenities. The caravan was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable environment for our stay. The location was superb.
The on-site shop's selection was somewhat limited.

We found the dining area well-kept and clean. The menu offered sufficient choices for both adults and children. The service was prompt (which is always a plus when you have little ones!).

The outdoor heated swimming pool was a highlight (my kids loved it!). The pool area had ample seating . The evening entertainment was engaging and family-friendly.

fantastic family trip
spacious caravan made beds separate toilet parking spot
the caravan was surprisingly spacious it included bed linen and the beds were already made i found a shower room with toilet and sink plus a separate toilet and sink off the main double bedroom the kitchen had an oven a microwave and a tall fridge freezer there was even a dishwasher so i packed dishwasher tablets a large tv was included as well as a welcome pack complete with milk biscuits and sugar. i really appreciated the designated parking and bus stop right outside the main entrance for exploring nearby towns.
the reception told me to email about an issue and i haven't received a response yet so i hope this gets resolved soon.

the site has a convenient location for exploring the surrounding areas the position is ideal for visiting local attractions there is public transportation with the number 10 bus stopping right outside the main entrance driveway.

the clubhouse provides nightly entertainment alongside a well-stocked bar i found a good choice of gins there the shop onsite and a laundrette add to the convenience i noticed the grounds were well-kept with regular gardening and grass cutting.
